In order to improve skills and tissue typing knowledge, GenDx offers comprehensive training in Sequencing-Based HLA Typing (HLA SBT and NGS) through present and online conferences through their Training School.

Automation of the NGSgo workflow

Tecan, a leader in automated workflow solutions, is hosting a webinar on workflow automation featuring GenDx guest speaker Sake van Wageningen.

Sake presents results from the Medical University of Munster, HLA typing department. NGSgo library preparation was performed on the Tecan Freedom NGS workstation, and data analyzed with NGSengine software.
