The Archer® VariantPlex® Myeloid panel is a 75-gene targeted sequencing panel for AML, MPN, MDS and some Lymphoid malignancy markers.
Powered by Anchored Multiplex PCR (AMP™) chemistry, this panel enables deep strand-specific amplification of molecular barcoded DNA fragments for sequencing.
Archer® VariantPlex® kits are designed for the study of target genes from DNA extracted from several types of samples, and allow the detection of SNVs, indels and CNVs by means of the Archer Analysis software for the analysis and interpretation of the data.

The combination of these two kits allows the detection of various driver mutation types in myeloid and lymphoid malignancies from a single sample by targeted NGS.
