The Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia v3 Panel (CLLv3)<\/strong>, also known as SOPHiA DDM\u2122\ufe0f Community CLL Clonality Solution, covers 23 genes commonly associated with this pathology. Additionally, this panel includes the study of immunoglobulin rearrangements, enabling the determination of the somatic hypermutation status (SHM) of the Immunoglobulin heavy chain (IGHV) and the presence of the R110 mutation in the IGLV3-21 rearrangement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The kit is based on NGS technology by capture and includes all the necessary reagents for the preparation of libraries compatible with Illumina platforms. Variant interpretation is performed on the SOPHiA DDM platform, designed for the analysis and secure management of clinical NGS data in routine diagnostics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
