{"id":8189,"date":"2020-01-15T16:27:54","date_gmt":"2020-01-15T16:27:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dlongwood.com\/flaer-phn\/"},"modified":"2025-02-12T09:00:29","modified_gmt":"2025-02-12T09:00:29","slug":"flaer-phn","status":"publish","type":"productos","link":"https:\/\/www.dlongwood.com\/en\/product-catalog\/flaer-phn\/","title":{"rendered":"FLAER (Alexa 488 proaerolysin variant) &#8211; PNH"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH)<\/strong>, previously\u00a0Marchiafava\u2013Micheli syndrome, is an hematopoietic\u00a0stem cell disorder leading to a partial or absolute deficiency of all glycophosphatidyl-inositol (GPI)-linked protein, that causes an increase in sensitivity to complement-mediated cell destruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PNH is characterized by chronic intravascular hemolytic\nanemia, hemoglobinuria, cytopenias due to bone marrow failure, thrombosis and\nrarely leukemic transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FLAER is used in a <strong>flow cytometry<\/strong> test to diagnose paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FLAER is produced by labeling an inactive variant of the protein <strong>proaerolysin <\/strong>with <strong>Alexafluor\u00ae 488<\/strong> succinimidyl ester.
