{"id":8657,"date":"2020-01-17T13:32:19","date_gmt":"2020-01-17T13:32:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dlongwood.com\/tipaje-hla-fluogene-2\/"},"modified":"2025-01-21T06:55:15","modified_gmt":"2025-01-21T06:55:15","slug":"tipaje-hla-fluogene","status":"publish","type":"productos","link":"https:\/\/www.dlongwood.com\/en\/product-catalog\/tipaje-hla-fluogene\/","title":{"rendered":"HLA Fluogene"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>FluoGene is a unique method for molecular <strong>HLA<\/strong>-, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dlongwood.com\/en\/products\/rbc-fluogene-genotipado-grupos-sanguineos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RBC<\/a><\/strong>&#8211; (blood group) and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dlongwood.com\/en\/products\/hpa-fluogene-platelet-antigens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HPA<\/a><\/strong>-typing combining all advantages of the <strong>SSP-PCR<\/strong> with the speed of <strong>endpoint fluorescence detection.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The analysis is based on a specifically modified <strong>TaqMan\u00ae probe system<\/strong> by inno-train. There are two options for detection: the FluoVista analyzer or the FluoQube \u2013 inno-train\u2019s real-time device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Up to four fluorophores are detected by the <strong>FluoVista\u00ae analyzer<\/strong> and an integrated data evaluation is realized by the <strong>FluoGene\u00ae software<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>FluoQube\u00ae<\/strong> combines the FluoGene\u00ae method with <strong>real-time PCR<\/strong>. This system allows amplification and fluorescence reading in one system. The real-time data are automatically imported into the <strong>FluoGene\u00ae Software<\/strong> for result evaluation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Inno-train\u2019s HLA-FluoGene test systems enable typing of <strong>HLA Class I <\/strong>(HLA-A, -B, -C) as well as <strong>HLA Class II<\/strong> (HLA-DRB1, -DRB3, -DRB4, -DRB5, -DQA1, -DQB1, -DPA1, -DPB1) markers that are comparable with serology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" FluoGene Match<\/strong> (SABR: single antigen bead resolution) is an ideal solution for matching donors and recipients in solid organ transplantation with a resolution comparable to single antigen antibody kits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All FluoGene kits are CE\nmarked in accordance with the IVD Directive 98\/79\/EC \u00a0and manufactured and\ntested under a quality system in compliance with DIN EN ISO
