When\nan increase in the level of chimerism is detected during post-transplant\nmonitoring, it is important to determine if there is a HLA loss in the\nrecipient cells to determine an adequate treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study of <strong>HLA loss<\/strong> can potentially be applied to all transplants with HLA mismatches.
