HLA molecules can become the targets of antibody responses in people during pregnancy, transfusion or organ transplant rejection.\u00a0The presence or absence of these HLA-specific antibodies has a role in determining the survival of transplant allografts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dlongwood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/immucor_presentacion_antigenos.jpg\" alt=\"immucor_presentacion_antigenos\" class=\"wp-image-1412\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>LIFECODES LSA kits are designed to detect IgG antibodies to HLA Class I or II\u00a0glycoproteins. They are\u00a0composed of\u00a0different Luminex\u00a0beads to which purified recombinant Class I or II\u00a0HLA glycoproteins are conjugated.
