All assays have been designed with the same qPCR parameters to allow the <strong>parallel analysis<\/strong> of several DNA markers at once and the analysis of different patient samples in a single run. The Mentype\u00ae DIPquant assays allow for <strong>robust and routine analysis<\/strong>, enabling <strong>early detection and early intervention of impending relapse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mentype\u00ae DIPquant analysis is <strong>targeted, fast and cost-effective.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The combination of multiplex-PCR with real-time PCR analysis reflects a <strong>comprehensive strategy to reliably and individually monitor post-transplant progress.<\/strong> The single reaction format offers maximum <strong>flexibility<\/strong>, allowing both single and multiple sample throughput.
