{"id":9006,"date":"2020-01-20T16:34:40","date_gmt":"2020-01-20T16:34:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dlongwood.com\/mini-homologous-recombination\/"},"modified":"2025-05-15T11:04:11","modified_gmt":"2025-05-15T11:04:11","slug":"mini-homologous-recombination","status":"publish","type":"productos","link":"https:\/\/www.dlongwood.com\/en\/product-catalog\/mini-homologous-recombination\/","title":{"rendered":"MiniHRS kit (Mini Homologous Recombination)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>MiniHRS panel (mini Homologous Recombination Solution) <\/strong>covers the coding regions and the splicing junctions (\u00b1 25 bp min) of\u00a0<strong>4 genes<\/strong>, associated, among others, with\u00a0<strong>breast and ovarian cancer: BRCA1, BRCA2, RAD51C <\/strong>y <strong>TP53<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, it allows the detection of\u00a0SNVs\u00a0and\u00a0Indels\u00a0as well as ALU inserts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> The kit uses NGS capture technology and is intended for use on Illumina platforms. The results are interpreted in the <strong>SOPHiA DDM platform<\/strong>, designed for the analysis and protection of <strong>NGS clinical data<\/strong> in routine diagnosis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dlongwood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/kit-SOPHiA-DDM3-1024x295.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1563\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>SOPHiA DDM also integrates\u00a0<strong>OncoPortal<\/strong>, a tool that contains relevant somatic classifications, based on variant-drug-disease association, best available treatments and relevant clinical trials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to MiniHRS kit, we have other panels for clinical diagnosis in areas such as metabolism, oncohematology, nephrology or
