The method consists of breaking the genome into a collection of small DNA fragments that are arranged individually. The individual fragments must then be bioinformatically placed in the correct order to reconstruct the genome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificar\">Illumina offers reagents to prepare libraries from any sample without prior culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificar\">Depending on the target\/information to be obtained, the number of reads\/sample will vary. It will also depend on the size of the genome.
