It also covers 6 unique loci to detect MSI status associated with colorectal cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both solutions allow accurate detection of <strong>SNVs, Indels <\/strong>and<strong> CNVs<\/strong> (in 24 genes), and Microsatellite Instability (<strong>MSI<\/strong>) status.
