Purpose: To evaluate, analyze, and respond to the information submitted and, where appropriate, carry out the corresponding actions.
Legal Basis: Compliance with a legal obligation provided for in Law 2/2023, of February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption. The processing of special categories of data, if necessary, would be legitimized by being necessary for reasons of substantial public interest.

EMAIL / TELEPHONE:

Purpose: If the user contacts us via the email published on this website, their data will be processed to answer the queries raised and to send the requested information via the email through which the query is received.
Legal Basis: The legitimate interest of our company to respond to the communications received.

What categories of data do we process?

The data collected refers, by way of example but not limitation, to the category of identifying data, such as: Name and Surname, Postal Address, Company, Email, Country, and CV.

How long do we keep your data?

In the case of information collected through the whistleblowing channel form, the data of the person making the report, of the employees, and of third parties will be kept in the information system only for the time essential to decide on the appropriateness of initiating an investigation into the reported facts. In any case, if it is proven that the information provided or part of it is not truthful, it will be deleted immediately, unless such lack of truthfulness may constitute a criminal offense, in which case the information will be kept for the necessary time during which the judicial procedure is processed. In any case, three months after the introduction of the data, it will be deleted from the complaints system, unless the purpose of conservation is to leave evidence of the operation of the system. Once the mentioned period has elapsed, the data may continue to be processed by the body responsible for investigating the reported facts, not being kept in the complaints system. Information that has not been acted upon will be stored in an anonymized form.

Data provided by candidates will be kept for 1 year. Other personal data will be kept from the time you give us your consent until you revoke it or request the limitation of processing. In such cases, we will keep your data blocked for the legally required periods.

Do we create profiles with your data?

In the case of candidates, with the information provided by the applicant through their CV, DIAGNOSTICA LONGWOOD S.L.U. may create profiles in order to select the best candidate for a specific job position.

To whom do we disclose your data?

No data transfers or international transfers of your data are foreseen, except for those authorized by tax, commercial, and telecommunications legislation, as well as in cases where a judicial authority requires us to do so.

Hosting: The servers where our website is hosted are located in the EU. It uses secure protocols whereby data communication is done through an encrypted channel.

Newsletter: We inform you that our newsletter is sent using the MAILCHIMP tool, whose servers are hosted in the USA. MailChimp adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework approved by the European Data Protection Board, which guarantees compliance with European data protection regulations.
