Chronic lymphocytic leukemia panels

The Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia v3 (CLLv3) panel, also known as the SOPHiA DDM™️ Community CLL Clonality Solution, covers 23 genes frequently associated with this pathology. In addition, the panel includes immunoglobulin rearrangements, allowing for the determination of the immunoglobulin heavy chain (IGHV) somatic hypermutation status and the presence of the R110 mutation in the IGLV3-21 rearrangement.

Detailed Description

The kit uses capture-based NGS technology and includes all library preparation reagents compatible with Illumina platforms. Variant interpretation is carried out on the SOPHiA DDM platform, designed for the analysis and protection of clinical NGS data in routine diagnostics.

Immunoglobulin rearrangement analysis is performed using the IgCallerWeb platform, a simple and intuitive web application developed by the August Pi i Sunyer Biomedical Research Institute (IDIBAPS).

This solution enables the analysis of the main prognostic and predictive markers in CLL in a single workflow, including those described in international guidelines.
