LYMPHODEX is a sterile aqueous solution of highly-polymerized sugar and diatrizoate sodium.

LYMPHODEX is suitable for isolating peripheral mononuclear cells from defibrinated or heparinized blood for the HLA serologic determination. The physioligic pH (7.1-7.4) and an osmotic pressure equal to that of the cells ensure high cell viability (90-95%) following separation. The cell yield is increased by the use of diluted blood
