FusionPlex Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)

The Archer® FusionPlex® Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) Kit is a targeted next-generation sequencing assay to detect and identify fusions, point mutations and expression levels in 81 genes associated with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, including recurrent Ph-Like ALL fusion events.

The kit uses Archer’s proprietary Anchored Multiplex PCR (AMP™)-based enrichment to detect fusions, even without prior knowledge of fusion partners or breakpoints.

Studies are performed from RNA extracted from several types sample. Using Archer’s proprietary Anchored Multiplex PCR (AMP™)-based enrichment, fusions of all genes in this kit can be identified in a single sequencing assay, even without prior knowledge of fusion partners or breakpoints. Archer Analysis software allows the analysis and interpretation of the data.
