NGSgo IndX plates

As part of the NGSgo product line compatible with Illumina® platforms (among others), GenDx has launched the NGSgo-IndX plates.

These 96-well plates have been designed according to EFI standards, and they are available as «ready to use», allowing workflow optimization

NGSgo®-IndX plates reduce the risk of pipetting errors in the preparation of the libraries, thanks to the predispensed lyofilized «indexes».  Each well contains a unique i5 and i7 index combination needed for barcoding a library for sequencing on an Illumina platform.

In addition, the available formats provide greater flexibility in the NGSgo workflow for Illumina platforms, being able to perform from 1 to 384 samples at a time.

The plates can be used for both manual pipetting and automated workflows.
