Key features:
- SCOPE™ Microchips: These Singleron chips can capture between 500 and 30,000 individual cells per sample, allowing detailed analysis of cellular heterogeneity and their microenvironment.
- Broad applicability: Compatible with a variety of applications, including V(D)J sequencing studies, detection of cell surface glycosylation patterns, receptor studies, single-cell transcriptome analysis, and more.
- High reproducibility: Automation of various stages is possible until the result is obtained, allowing simultaneous processing of multiple chips and minimizing variability between assays.
- Analysis tools: not included by default, but can be managed as an additional service (specialised software) or carried out directly by the researcher, depending on the needs of the study.
- Easy to use: The manual protocol can be carried out using a conventional P200 micropipette, without the need for specialized instruments.
