Product description

The GastroFinder® 2Smart kit is an advanced qualitative in vitro diagnostic test designed for the rapid diagnosis and syndromic management of gastrointestinal infections. Its high‑throughput multiplex design allows the simultaneous identification of 18 of the most common and clinically relevant gastroenteritis‑causing pathogens (bacteria, parasites, and viruses) in a single reaction.

Its optimised workflow provides results in approximately 2.5 hours after the nucleic acid extraction process. Thanks to high‑resolution melting curve analysis, the platform ensures precise differentiation of microorganisms, facilitating early therapeutic intervention, reduction of nosocomial outbreaks, and effective epidemiological control.
