Mentype® DIPquant CE-IVD

The Mentype® DIPquant CE-IVD assays allow quantitative real-time qPCR analysis of insertion/deletion polymorphisms (DIP) for chimerism monitoring, with a detection limit lowered to 0.05 % sensitivity.

Depending on the screening result obtained using the Mentype® DIPscreen CE-IVD kit, up to 56 relevant alleles can be analysed through allele-specific monoplex qPCR reactions. All assays have been designed with the same qPCR parameters to allow the parallel analysis of several DNA markers at once and the analysis of different patient samples in a single run. The Mentype® DIPquant assays allow for robust and routine analysis, enabling early detection and early intervention of impending relapse.

The combination of multiplex-PCR with real-time PCR analysis reflects a comprehensive strategy to reliably and individually monitor post-transplant progress.
