The Lymphoma Solution of Sophia Genetics covers 54 genes (32 full genes + 22 genes hotspot regions) associated with different types of lymphomas.

The kit uses NGS capture technology and is intended for use on Illumina platforms. The results are interpreted in the SOPHiA DDM platform, designed for the analysis and protection of NGS clinical data in routine diagnosis.

SOPHiA DDM also integrates OncoPortal, a tool that contains relevant somatic classifications, based on variant-drug-disease association, best available treatments and relevant clinical trials.
