The MiniHRS panel (mini Homologous Recombination Solution) covers the coding regions and the splicing junctions (± 25 bp min) of 4 genes, associated, among others, with breast and ovarian cancer: BRCA1, BRCA2, RAD51C y TP53.
In addition, it allows the detection of SNVs and Indels as well as ALU inserts.
The kit uses NGS capture technology and is intended for use on Illumina platforms. The results are interpreted in the SOPHiA DDM platform, designed for the analysis and protection of NGS clinical data in routine diagnosis.
SOPHiA DDM also integrates OncoPortal, a tool that contains relevant somatic classifications, based on variant-drug-disease association, best available treatments and relevant clinical trials.
In addition to MiniHRS kit, we have other panels for clinical diagnosis in areas such as metabolism, oncohematology, nephrology or cardiology.
