The Inflammation Panel is designed for the study of the early inflammatory response, which is fundamental to understanding the immune response and treating disease.
It includes 255 genes (human panel) and 254 genes (mouse panel) focused on the study of inflammation, which represent a broad range of relevant pathways related to inflammation that include apoptosis, EGF, interleukin signalling, Ras, T cell receptor, and Toll-like receptor signalling.
This panel is useful for the study of asthma, allergy, arthritis, and neurological-related inflammation, and it allows to assess anti-inflammatory drugs that modulate the inflammatory response.
Panel Customization
The Inflammation Panel could be combined with a Panel Plus, which will allow you to add up to 55 genes chosen by the client.
