Comprehensive Viral Research Panel

NGSgo-MX11-3 features amplification primers for eleven loci, multiplexed in three tubes. The three-tube design results in lower noise levels, better balanced alleles, and higher quality results compared to a one-tube approach. This means more reliable typing results.
For the amplification of HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1, -DQB1 and –DPB1, DRB3/4/5, DQA1, and DPA1. A ready-to-use PCR mastermix (GenDx-LongMix) is included in the kit.
NGSgo-MX11-3 is fast and easy to use, as multiplexing means less pipetting and pooling. Pipetting is further minimized by our GenDx-LongMix enzyme mastermix, which is included in the kit. The product is compatible with the NGSgo workflow, for a library prep with minimal cleanups and quantifications.
With NGSgo-MX11-3 you get from DNA to report in only 1,5 days. Start your amplification on day 1 and have your typing report on day 2 before noon. You can run 16 samples on an Illumina micro flow cell.
HLA locus-specific amplification is performed in a thermal cycler using the primer mix, DNA, enzyme mastermix, and water. The resulting HLA locus-specific amplicons can be used for identification of HLA alleles by means of Next-generation sequencing.
