Multiplex PCR kit platform for the rapid and direct detection of major respiratory pathogens. It allows simultaneous analysis of different viruses and bacteria directly from swab or saliva samples, without the need for nucleic acid extraction.

The RealAccurate® Quadruplex platform is an advanced molecular diagnostic solution consisting of a line of multiplex PCR kits for the rapid and differential identification of the causative agents of respiratory tract infections. The main advantage of this product family is its simplified workflow: it allows samples to be analysed directly after a brief heat incubation (99 °C for 10 minutes), completely eliminating the lengthy nucleic acid extraction step. This drastically reduces the total time to results to less than 2 hours, optimising clinical decision‑making in high‑pressure healthcare situations.
