NimaGen ha desarrollado las matrices de separación NimaPOP mediante una tecnología de polímeros de última generación, que aporta una mayor estabilidad y mayor capacidad de separación en diferentes aplicaciones.

Los polímeros NimaPOP se pueden usar sin necesidad de cambios en el protocolo de ejecución, condiciones o calibraciones espectrales. Son compatibles con todos los Analizadores Genéticos ABI (series 310, 3100, 3130, 3500 y 3730).

Aplicaciones: Secuenciación de ADN y análisis de fragmentos

Los polímeros NimaPOP™ se utilizan con el NimaPOP 10x Running Buffer. Están disponibles como NimaPOP-4, NimaPOP-6 y NimaPOP-7.
