Olerup SSP HLA Typing Kits are qualitative in vitro diagnostic kits for the DNA typing of HLA Class I and HLA Class II alleles. The products are used by trained professionals in medical settings for the purpose of determining HLA phenotype. The source material tested is DNA.

All kits are available in 2 formats: with and without Taq Polymerase. All master mixes contain cresol red, glycerin, PCR buffer and dNTPs. The Olerup SSP genotyping method is easy to learn. All Olerup SSP genotyping products follow the same protocol for PCR amplification, which allows you to mix and match your PCR set up as you please.
