Ofrecemos una solución fácil para la caracterización de la microbiota en varias muestras biológicas (heces, hisopo rectal, hisopo vaginal, hisopo cutáneo, esputo, saliva … y más). Esta solución permite clasificar taxonómicamente nuestra muestra hasta la clasificación de especie en un protocolo sencillo y rápido.

El protocolo está basado en la amplificación de ácidos nucleicos por PCR (“Reacción en Cadena de la Polimerasa”) de las regiones hipervariables del gen del ARN ribosómico 16S procariótico (ARNr 16S).
