LIFECODES HLA-SSO typing kits

LIFECODES HLA-SSO (Sequence-Specific Oligonucleotides) kits allow the identification of HLA (Human Leukocyte Antigen) Class I and II alleles of a specific locus present in a PCR-amplified sample, using Luminex® xMAP® technology.

Lifecodes HLA-SSO eRES typing kits are available for HLA: A, B, C and DRB1. The resolution of these kits can be increased by double reading of beads thanks to the additional mix included in this format (two wells per sample required).
